1988年韓国生まれ。2013年東京モード学園高度専門士コース入学。
A DEGREE FAHRENHEITのインターンシップなど数社で経験を積み、2016年ACUOD by CHANU設立。
LINEAPELLE-MILANO INTRECCINCANTIERE 2016 2位、東京新人デザイナーファッション大賞2015 秀作賞等の16のコンテストで受賞している。
2017SSシーズンより2019AWシーズンまで6シーズン連続で東京コレクションに参加。
一般社団法人日本メンズファッション協会 ベストデビュタント委員会主催の2019年第16回ベストデビュタント賞ファッション部門受賞。
多くの映画やCM、ライブ衣装から、ジャニーズ、avex、LDH、K-POP、バンド系など様々なジャンルのアーティスト、沢山の俳優、女優、芸人、アスリートなど幅広い分野の著名人達に、衣装や私服を愛用されている。
Chanu was born in 1988 at South Korea. In 2013 he entered Fashion Design Advanced Diploma Department at Tokyo Mode Gakuen.
After internship at A DEGREE FAHRENHEIT and other experience at several companies, he found ACUOD by CHANU in 2016.
Winner of 16 fashion contests worldwide including LINEAPELLE-MILANO INTRECCINCANTIERE 2016 (2nd prize), TOKYO NEW DESIGNER FASHION GRAND PRIX 2015 (Excellent Work).
Participated in TOKYO Collection continuosly 6 years from 2017SS to 2019 AW.
Selected as 'The 16th BEST DEBUTANT OF THE YEAR for Fashion by the commitee of The Men's Fashion Unity,
the brand has become a beloved brand of a number of agencies and celebrities around the world such as the three major agency in Japan(Johnny & Associates, Inc., LDH JAPAN Inc. and Avex Inc.) and the stars under those agencies, K-pop stars, rock band artists and so on.
